Article for CCF church newsletter. By William Rosenberg - YWAM Missionary I am writing this article from the road. Current location, New York City. I have been “on the road” for the last 7 years serving God around the world. The journey has been full of many ups and downs. Yet God is in the midst of every step I take, in the midst of every day I live. TRANSITION has been the word for 2011. I left the states early February for my annual return to New Zealand. Yet this time I was … [Read more...] about Transitional 2011
lights out once again….no really!
11:19pm September 14, 2011 -- Lights out in Harrisburg Penn. PEACE. In the midst of every storm. Our lives revolve around weather. Growing up in Southern California, the only weather I really cared about was the surf report. Yet most places have seasons. Changes that take place. Cycles we cannot control. Storms that rage for a moment, then pass, leaving distraction and in this current situation; NO POWER. No power means no TV. No … [Read more...] about lights out once again….no really!
Camping with CHRIST
LIGHTS OUT 11:58pm September 8, 2011 The power goes out for a few hours and the city is all in a stir. Yet all are fairly comfortable with roofs over their heads and plenty of extra batteries for their flashlights. I sit here and think of the countless people in the world that aren’t so lucky. Sporadic power outages happen daily in some places like India, Pakistan & many other Asian countries, as well as countless countries in South American... I mean I could even be typing this on … [Read more...] about Camping with CHRIST
Where is GOd?? ChristChurch New Zealand
Earthquakes and destruction in the west I recently met with a good friend of mine in CHRISTCHURCH, New Zealand. I had not seen Stacey since before the shakings; the multitude of earthquakes that have shaken this major city in the southern hemisphere. So when I spent a few days in the city I made sure we connected. Let me share bring you up to speed if you have not seen New Zealand in the news recently. It seems like the world has moved on, but for Canterburians this is still reality. … [Read more...] about Where is GOd?? ChristChurch New Zealand

Yes the future is looming and the present is already gone. Yet the future is not here yet and … [Read more...] about HINANI
Awaken…o my soul
AWAKEN I recently completed a 3 month internship at the Taurunga House of Prayer. It was a time of being set-apart, drawn out, pulled out, called out - to simply BE with the LORD and immersed in the place of HIS PRESENCE. If you are not yet a follower of Jesus these words may sound weird. Let me attempt to share - I feel like GOD, the Uncreated Creator of all things reached down from heaven, grabbed me by the scruff of the neck and pulled me out of everything. Pulled me out of my … [Read more...] about Awaken…o my soul
Where to go from here?.
WHERE TO GO FROM HERE? Do you ever ask that question? Where to go from here? Maybe you have achieved some of your dreams; maybe even your biggest dreams. Whether it be travel, marriage, kids, a house, or that dream job, no matter what the dream may be, or the path that has led you to this current point of standing at the edge of the next frontier...the question remains: WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE?!! I feel that these moments come often in life. Maybe because of the season of life that I am … [Read more...] about Where to go from here?.
I am unconventional
In my mind I am a rock-star! Traveling the world to meet with crowds of people. Standing on stages in front of thousands singing lovely melodies. Yes this may sound selfish, and maybe I am a bit selfish in my desires to take over the world! Yet if you have heard my voice at all, you would celebrate the fact that I am not trying to sing in front of many. In reality I am not a rock-star. I do not find myself on stages in front of thousands or even tens. Yet I do live a "ridiculous" … [Read more...] about I am unconventional
